By accessing SecureReef services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services encompass Cybersecurity, Development, Data Intelligence, and Strategic Growth management.
Service Scope
We provide high-stakes digital engineering and security services. Each project is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) that defines technical requirements and deliverables.
User Obligations
Users must provide accurate infrastructure data, maintain credential security, and ensure all utilize of our platforms complies with international legal frameworks.
Intellectual Property
Upon final project settlement, clients retain ownership of custom-architected code and assets. SecureReef retains rights to core methodologies and proprietary security frameworks.
Project Execution & Settlement
Payment Architecture
Projects are typically settled on a 40/40/20 milestone basis. Late settlements may trigger automatic suspension of non-critical infrastructure development to ensure fiscal security.
Revision Protocol
Two cycles of strategic revisions are included in standard engineering projects. Expanded requirements beyond the initial SOW will be architected as separate change orders.
Liability & Warranties
Limited Liability
SecureReef is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from market shifts or external security compromises beyond our immediate architectural control.
Service Warranty
We warrant that all digital engineering is performed to elite industry standards. A 90-day post-deployment resilience guarantee is provided for all custom development.
Protocol Modifications
SecureReef reserves the right to modify these terms to reflect evolving technological landscapes. Continued utilization of our systems constitutes acknowledgment of the latest legal protocols.
